Adult Education and Formation

New Hope is a growing place for children, youth, and adults. We have many opportunities for spiritual study and formation for all ages.

Pastor Russ leads a Bible study in the Spring and Fall.

Class meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 to 8:00pm

and the same class is also offered on Thursday mornings

from 10:30 to 11:45. Each season has a different

topic, book, or theme that is focused on.

Theology on Tap exists to create healthy,

meaningful, and exciting dialogue on theological

and social issues we face each day. Enjoy the

conversation over a pint! 2nd Thursday of each

month at Castle Rock Beer Co. 7-9pm

Reel Spirituality is the gathering for the film nerds

in all of us. Films can be modern day parables that

open us up to a larger world and train our hearts

to be more compassionate. Reel Spirituality trains

us to watch films in a way that it impacts our

faith and lives. 3rd Thursday of each month in

Perea Place at New Hope 7-9pm

Everyday Spirituality is about recognizing and responding

to the Sacred that is all around us. We believe there

is a movement of the Spirit that transcends the things

that divide us to deepen our connection with God and

one another through contemplative prayer and practices.

We have occasional classes and workshops to help us do that.

Concerts and Drama Productions

New Hope believes the arts can speak in ways that

enable the spirit. This season we will be presenting

concerts and dramas including

“Amahl and the Night Visitors” and “Jubilate Deo” by Forrest.
