Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength-
carrying two days at once.
It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time.
Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows,
it empties today of its strength.

Tomorrow’s problems (not to mention the joys!) will need you tomorrow. Today needs you- all of you, today.
Question:
Where does today need you to show up? Who are the people in front of you right now?
