girl in white shirt with her back to you and the ocean ahead of her

Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength-

carrying two days at once.

It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time.

Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows,

it empties today of its strength.

There is much to worry about, of course. The list of things not going well today coupled with all the things that could go wrong tomorrow is endless. That’s the point.

Tomorrow’s problems (not to mention the joys!) will need you tomorrow. Today needs you- all of you, today.

Where does today need you to show up? Who are the people in front of you right now?
